Planned Maintenance

It is vital that routine maintenance and inspections be performed on commercial units due to the continuous use they require. Failure to properly maintain the equipment can lead to costly repairs or equipment replacement. Currently Hallmark offers economical Preventative Service Plans, which can be tailored to the needs of the system(s) at your facility.

With the purchase of one of these commercial service plans your employees will also receive a discount on their purchase of a Standard Residential Service Plan.

Commercial - Residential - Air Conditioning - Plumbing Service Agreements

The following services will be provided as part of the Maintenance agreement for each system covered by the agreement:

  • Condensate pans and drains inspected and flushed as needed.
  • System operation evaluated for proper performance to include:
    • Amp Draws of motors and heat strips.
    • Temperature differentials of operation.
    • Safety devices working properly at time of inspection. Perform safety controls test at pre-season inspection.
  • Fan blades inspected for noise and vibration.
  • Contractors and controls inspected for wear and operation .
  • Inspect and tighten wiring connections per a regular schedule or as needed.
  • Provide a complete pre-season inspection for heating and cooling for system components unique to either heating or cooling operation.
  • Repair quote provided when needed.

Discounts:

  • 10% discount on any repairs during the term of the agreement.
  • 5% discount on any equipment purchase during the term of the agreement.
  • 50% off the standard trip charge.

The following services will be provided as part of the Deluxe Maintenance agreement for each system covered by the agreement:

  • Condenser coiled cleaned annually.
  • Evaporator coils cleaned annually – if accessible (extra charge if not easily accessible).
  • Condensate pans and drains inspected and flushed as needed.
  • Lubricate motors and shafts per proper performance to include:
    • Amp Draws of motors and heat strips.
    • Temperature differentials of operation.
    • Safety devices working properly at time of inspection. Perform safety control test at pre-season inspection.
  • Fan blades inspected for noise and vibration.
  • Contractors and controls inspected for wear and operation.
  • Inspect and tighten wiring connections per a regular schedule or as needed.
  • Provide a complete pre-season inspection for heating and cooling for system components unique to either hearing or cooling operation.
  • Repair quote provided when needed.

  • 15% discount on any repairs during the term of the agreement.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS AVAILABLE:

With a signed Preventative Service Agreement, you will also receive a Plumbing Service Agreement at no additional cost to you. The plumbing service agreement includes:

  • 15% discount off repairs.
  • 5% discount on any equipment replacement during the term of the agreement.
  • 50% off the standard trip charge.
  • One inspection annually to test the integrity of the water at your facility. (up to 20,000 sq. feet.)

  • Belt replacements.
  • Quarterly or Monthly Inspections.
