Just got my electric bill for merry, merry month of May and– IT IS LESS THAN THE ELECTRIC BILL FOR APRIL BY MORE THAN $50! This was just a ‘part of the time’ bill, too! You so ROCK!
You guys know the asthma has been particularly bad over the past few months and the summer season is very hard on me. Cold air is just easier to breathe! My pulmonologist recommended a ‘ductless a/c’ for our master bedroom because I could have that optimal 67 degrees at night without having the whole house in ‘darn near freezer’ mode.
Today, the system was installed. Jose came out this week (not on time, early!) and confirmed what we needed, sent out the quote and set up the install. I had a call when he was on his way out and I had a call when the team was en route this morning. My husband was there when the job was being done and he was hugely complimentary of the team, the work and the product. No small praise from someone who had been a GC in a past life!
The price was better than competitive and the product has spectacular reviews. I am feeling better already!

I never thought I could get excited by the sound of an air conditioner cycling on and off, but I have just learned that I can. And all because of Frank Smith. I know I just wrote yesterday to say thanks, but that was before I learned just how committed Frank was to fixing my problem. He certainly went beyond the call of duty to spend so much time here last night after I am sure he thought he would be on his way home. And we were both excited when he did indeed have it fixed. Service Manger & Jenifer: You installed a 4 ton A/C unit in our home in April 2010. As you know there were many problems with the execution of the installation, but they were resolved. It was not the best of experiences, but we were finally satisfied. Recently we had the need to replace a second A/C unit. We thought about it and decided to go with Hallmark again since we have been using your company for years. Well, this time was different. From the proposal (Ivan) to the installation (Ramiro & crew) everything proceeded flawlessly. The installation crew was efficient, knowledgeable, hard working and polite. GOOD JOB.

I just wanted the thanks you guys for incredible service. My compressor stopped working over the weekend. First company I called was ARS. The guy came on a Sunday for a $119 service fee (off hours) which was ok. But after diagnosing he told me I needed a new capacitor and also recommended a hard start kit. The price was going to be $298 for the Cap and $307 for a hard start. Ridiculously outrageous prices!!! He was also very impersonal and not professional at all.
Anyway, I Purchased the capacitor and 5-2-1 kit myself then called 5 different A/C companies before someone finally answered the phone. Luckily that was you guys. (Hallmark's technician) Lamoin was incredible. He tested my compressor, completed the wiring and mounting of my capacitor and 5-2-1 , diagnosed less than idea amp readings, adjusted accordingly and educated me on customer related maintenance. Very professional, clean, neat, and very knowledgeable. And the price was more very reasonable. I think I have found my company of choice!
